Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal in our store.

Order Tracking

  • My tracking number is not working. Most orders have a tracking number. If yours doesn't, contact us at support@canvaswiggle.com.
  • How do I know if my order has been shipped out? Once dispatched, we'll notify you via email and provide a tracking number within a few days.
  • The tracking site says delivered, but I haven't received my package yet. Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered when they reach your local post office. Wait a few more days or contact your post office for assistance.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide.
  • How long does it take for my order to ship out? Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-3 days.
  • My order did not arrive on time, what should I do? Contact support@canvaswiggle.com if your items don't arrive within 45 business days.
  • How long does shipping take? Standard international shipping takes 8-20 business days.
  • How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping is free worldwide.
  • From where is my package being shipped? Most orders are shipped from local warehouses based on your location. However, in certain cases, orders may be shipped from warehouses outside the country.

 

Returns & Refund

  • What if I receive a damaged/faulty product? Send us proof of damage, and we'll replace it free of charge.

 

After Purchase

  • I've put the wrong shipping address/chose the wrong variant! Can I change? Contact us immediately at support@canvaswiggle.com. We'll do our best to assist, but changes may not be possible once the order is processed.
  • My package is stuck in customs, what can I do? We're not liable for delays caused by customs. Contact your local customs office for assistance.
  • Can I change my shipping address? Contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Changes may be possible if the order hasn't been processed yet.
